Do we have to leave our current EMR?
No. WJ MEDA runs alongside whatever EMR or scheduling system your clinic already uses. It doesn't touch clinical documentation or billing — it handles plan-of-care scheduling, waitlist texts, authorization tracking, and reminders as a separate layer on top.
How long does setup actually take?
Most clinics are fully up and running within a week. Setup means adding your active patients and their current plans of care — there's no data migration out of your existing system and nothing to rebuild.
Is WJ MEDA HIPAA compliant?
We're building the platform on HIPAA-aligned safeguards, and we'll have a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place with every clinic before real patient data goes in. We're upfront that full infrastructure buildout and independent review are still in progress — see the Security page for exactly what's done and what's underway.
How much does WJ MEDA cost?
MEDA Standard is $179/mo and includes everything outlined on this site: plan-of-care scheduling, cancellation & waitlist recovery, authorization & visit-limit tracking, appointment & HEP reminders, front-desk task visibility, and patient communication. If you're running a larger practice with multiple therapists, ask us about Growth ($259/mo) and Pro ($399/mo) during your demo.
What does "founding clinic" / early access mean?
We're a pre-launch team onboarding a small number of outpatient PT clinics to help shape the product before general availability. Founding clinics get direct access to the team, real input into what gets built next, and early-access pricing.
Is this built for solo practitioners, or only bigger clinics?
Both. WJ MEDA is built specifically for small-to-medium outpatient PT clinics and solo practitioners — not large hospital systems. Pricing and features scale from a single-therapist practice up to a multi-location group.
What kind of PT clinics is this built for?
Outpatient practices across ortho, sports, neuro, and pelvic health caseloads. The core workflows — plan-of-care scheduling, authorization tracking, HEP reminders — apply across most outpatient specialties.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract required to start. If you're on the trial and it isn't a fit, you're not locked into anything.
How do I get started?
Book a demo with us directly — we'll walk through your current scheduling setup and show you the live product before anything goes live, so the first week actually works for your clinic.
