These Terms of Service govern your use of the WJ MEDA website, the live product demo at wjmedademo.netlify.app, and the WJ MEDA early-access product (together, the "Service"), operated by WESS Jacco LLC ("WJ MEDA," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
WJ MEDA is workflow and administrative software for outpatient physical therapy clinics. It does not provide medical advice, clinical documentation, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations, and is not a substitute for clinical judgment or your existing electronic medical record (EMR) system.
The live demo is provided for evaluation purposes so prospective clinics can see how the product works before committing to early access. The demo may change, be reset, or be unavailable at times as we continue building the product.
Do not enter real patient information into the live demo. The demo environment is for evaluation only and is not configured to handle protected health information (PHI). Real patient data is only entered into the production system by onboarded early-access clinics, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
All content, software, design, and branding associated with WJ MEDA are the property of WESS Jacco LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-launch, early-access phase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WESS Jacco LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms as the product and our practices evolve, particularly as we move out of early access. We'll note material changes on this page.
