Welcome to WJ MEDA ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, demo, or related services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Purpose of WJ MEDA

WJ MEDA provides workflow automation tools, educational materials, and an early-access software platform for outpatient physical therapy clinics. Our current offerings are informational and evaluative, and are not intended to replace your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system or provide medical, legal, or compliance advice.

2. No medical or clinical advice

WJ MEDA does not provide medical advice, clinical decision-making, or patient treatment guidance. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals and their existing systems.

3. Demo access

Our live demo at wjmedademo.netlify.app is provided for feedback and evaluation purposes only, without guarantees of availability, accuracy, or feature completeness, and without any obligation to purchase or subscribe. Features shown may change or be discontinued. The demo uses sample data only.

4. No real patient data

At this stage:

• No real patient data should be entered into the demo
• No Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored in the demo environment
• The demo environment itself is not HIPAA-compliant

Do not upload or input real patient information into the demo. Real patient data is only handled under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as part of a live clinic deployment — see our Security page for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content, designs, branding, workflows, and software concepts on this site are the exclusive property of WESS Jacco LLC, the company behind the WJ MEDA trademark and platform. You may not copy or reproduce materials, reverse engineer concepts, or use WJ MEDA branding without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

WJ MEDA is provided "as is." We are not liable for operational decisions made using demo materials, business outcomes, or losses, damages, or disruptions resulting from use of this site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
