WJ MEDA currently operates as a controlled early-access workflow platform designed to help outpatient physical therapy clinics manage plan-of-care scheduling, patient communication, and authorization tracking alongside their existing EMR.

WJ MEDA currently operates as an early-access platform. Participation may include access to developing workflow features, onboarding support, and operational coordination tools intended for outpatient PT clinic management. Access may be updated, adjusted, or refined as the platform evolves during the early-access phase.
WJ MEDA follows structured security and access-control practices intended to protect clinic operational information and maintain a secure onboarding environment. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. WJ MEDA may use limited third-party infrastructure or service providers to support secure hosting, authentication and account access, communication delivery, infrastructure monitoring, and platform operations. Operational and account-related information may be retained for onboarding support, platform access continuity, operational analysis, and service improvement purposes during the early-access period. Clinics may request deletion of their data by contacting us directly.
Users participating in the WJ MEDA platform are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring authorized usage within their clinic or organization.
