WJ MEDA is committed to maintaining the privacy, confidentiality, and protection of clinic operational information shared through the platform. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected during participation in WJ MEDA's early-access program and platform usage.

WJ MEDA currently operates as a controlled early-access workflow platform designed to help outpatient physical therapy clinics manage plan-of-care scheduling, patient communication, and authorization tracking alongside their existing EMR.

WJ MEDA does not use clinic information for unrelated marketing activities, and does not share clinic or patient data outside of running your clinic's own workflows.

Early-access participation

WJ MEDA currently operates as an early-access platform. Participation may include access to developing workflow features, onboarding support, and operational coordination tools intended for outpatient PT clinic management. Access may be updated, adjusted, or refined as the platform evolves during the early-access phase.

Data security

WJ MEDA follows structured security and access-control practices intended to protect clinic operational information and maintain a secure onboarding environment. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Third-party services

WJ MEDA may use limited third-party infrastructure or service providers to support secure hosting, authentication and account access, communication delivery, infrastructure monitoring, and platform operations. These services are used solely to support operational functionality and platform reliability.

WJ MEDA does not sell clinic operational information or user account data. Information may only be shared when necessary to support platform infrastructure, maintain operational services, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect platform security and integrity.

Data retention

Operational and account-related information may be retained for onboarding support, platform access continuity, operational analysis, and service improvement purposes during the early-access period. Clinics may request deletion of their data by contacting us directly.

User responsibilities

Users participating in the WJ MEDA platform are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring authorized usage within their clinic or organization.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as WJ MEDA evolves during the early-access phase. Updated versions may reflect operational, legal, or platform-related changes.
